About Us

Simon Ng - Managing Director

Born and raised in Woolton, Simon is passionate about the success and development of the local area. He is a regular member of St. Peters Church and strong believer in saving grassroots football. Establishing strong relationships with key members of local committees and businesses has helped ensure the longevity of the restaurant. The goal is to sustain , develop and grow the business whilst always giving back to the local community. The re-opening of Woolton swimming baths is high on Simons agenda. He is a keen campaigner for local events, speaking often with Simon Smith who is a key committee member helping highlight current issues. Simon is currently helping raise money for the St. James' Church redevelopment.
Simon is a lifelong supporter of Liverpool Football Club, he is a season ticket holder and dedicated follower.

Colin Ng - Director

Colin is tasked with ensuring long term success and profitability of the business, working closely with Simon. With a degree in economics, his knowledge is essential to the business and has been key member of the team over the past 10 years.

Quarry Juniors

Ying Wah is the new sponsor of Quarry Juniors in the Belle Vale & District Junior Football League .We help support local grassroots football via fundraising, sponsorship and awareness.

Liverpool Quick

Liverpool Quick Boys are a South Liverpool based junior football club affiliated to the Liverpool County Football Association with Charter Standard Club status. We help support local grassroots football via fundraising, sponsorship and awareness.

Local Charities

Ying Wah is committed to supporting local charities and fundraising events in and around Woolton. Currently Ying Wah Are Supporting Three Charities whom they have worked with over a number of years raising significant funds for Marie Curie, The Linda McCartney Centre and H.E.L.P. We are currently not looking to support new charities at this moment in time.
